Retrofit of Coulter Microsizer Computor Workstation CRT. Conversion to Teleline LCD.

May, 2009

This man and his company did an excellent job of rebuilding the electronics on our Coulter microsizer. Stands behind his work. If he can't fix it, he won't charge you for it. I know that our industry needs a company like this. Please pass along to anyone in need. More than happy to be a reference.

Repair of Motorola Model M2000155 Monitor

11/14/05

Good evening David.

Just a quick personal note of thanks for your excellent service. I received the monitor a few days ago and my machine is back up and running. The large "hose clamp" that secures the tube to the frame had come loose during shipping, but I got it reinstalled ok.

I felt it was a little pricey, but I do respect the expertise and knowledge of you and your technicians, and it''s monetary value. I am just thrilled to have found someone willing and able to work on such "old iron". If you would please pass along my thanks to your guys, I would be most appreciative.

I look forward to more business in the future (though, and no offense, hopefully not too soon). Thanks again.

Mark

PUBLIX, Another Satisfied Customer!!

10/18/05

Publix has been a very pleased & satisfied customer of 3E services for over 3 years now. 3E has grown leaps and bounds  in the last couple of years, but Dave and his crew always take care of our needs and repairs in a timely manner. I wish all of our repairs would have the consistent quality and turnaround time as the service we receive from 3E.

Thanks,

John with Publix Dairy Products

Cytec

3E Services sets the standard for industrial electronic repair. With our business, so many manufactures discontinue their products. Many times we are left without any support from the factory for repair. Thanks to 3E’s service and reliability and fast service I have few worries with my electronic breakdowns. I would highly recommend 3E Services to any industrial business.

Thanks,

SGI Testimonial

3/15/03

SGI was initially skeptical but is very pleased at the response 3E has shown to our production needs. We recently had several boards that failed due to a water line break. 3E Services got the boards repaired and back to us faster than could be expected from the OEM! 3E's rapid turnaround time kept our downtime to a minimum.”

Helping the USPS

August 29, 2002

Handling tens of thousands of pieces of mail daily is no easy task, but the U.S. Postal Service does an excellent job of getting letters to businesses and our loved ones every day. Since they cannot afford to be down for a single day, they work diligently to keep their sorting processes in good working order. For that reason, one of their maintenance team leaders recommended 3E based on previous experience with our company.

The OEM of the problem board told them the item was obsolete and that they would have to upgrade their entire system. This would have cost them over $10,000. We picked up their board at 10am and had a good board back in their hands by 1pm. They were back up and running in 3 hours!

Perhaps we can provide this same level of turnaround response for you. Give us a call, or simply click on the e-mail link below to take the first steps to find out how.

Success with Mrs. Smith's

May 16, 2002

Mrs. Smith's Bakeries, a subsidiary of Flowers Foods, Inc., contacted 3E on 5/16/02 to pickup an industrial computer. The OEM of the computer had informed the bakery that the item was obsolete and could not be repaired. After 3E's evaluation of the unit, we told Mrs. Smith's we could do it. A month after approval, the unit was in their facility running properly.

OEMs are in business to sell products, NOT to keep you up and running. Our goal is to get you back up and running ASAP for less than half the cost of a replacement item.

Do you want the same level of expertise? Give us a call, or check out some items online under Pricing: "Quick & Easy."
