If an item repaired by 3E services fails to function per OEM spec within the first 30 days of original receipt, the customer has the option to (a) receive a full refund*/voided invoice, or (b) have 3E Services make a second attempt at repair. If unsuccessful on the second attempt, an automatic refund* will be offered to the customer. *Refunds do not include shipping costs or rush fees. No refund will be given unless the item is returned for evaluation and validation of the warranty claim. The customer is responsible all for warranty return shipping costs.* Warranty2 Year Repair Service Warranty. All industrial electronic equipment repaired by 3E Services are covered under the following warranty: All components of equipment that 3E Services has repaired are guaranteed to be free from defect in material & workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the original receipt by the customer. All units found that fail under these conditions, as determined by a 3E Services technician, will be repaired free of charge. Unlimited Shelf-Life Rider: Any customer that wishes their warranty to begin the date that it is installed, may opt to add a USL rider to their warranty. Warranty coverage will be the same but the start date of the 2 year warranty period will begin upon power up of the unit. A USL rider will increase the base price for the repair by 25% to 60% of standard list. No discounts whatsoever will be allowed for USL rider repairs. Details & Limitations: This guarantee/warranty covers the entire device originally quoted by 3E Services for repair unless otherwise noted on the specific quote. If the repaired item fails to function per OEM spec, the item will be repaired free of charge. If a warranty item requires an onsite technician and the malfunction is found to be a non-warranty issue, as determined by the 3E technician, the customer will be invoiced in accordance with current onsite service rates. Software & Firmware such as found in PLC systems or Eproms are specifically excluded from any guarantee or warranty. Without limitation the above warranty/guarantee shall not apply to items that have failed due to operation exceeding the rated capacities, misuse or abuse, tampering, 3E ID removal, board swapping, improper installation, improper setup or storage, neglect, contaminant damage, or acts of God. All consequential damage to property, loss of profit, or injury to personnel is specifically excluded. USL Rider: USL Rider warranty claims may be denied if an evaluation by a 3E Services technician indicates use in excess of the 2 year warranty period. Refunds, credits, returns, or replacements are the sole discretion of and determined by technical evaluation of 3E Services, Inc. Pro-Rated Credit: Should a valid warranty become un-repairable after the 30 day guarantee period a pro-rated credit will be applied to the customer's account based on the amount of service the customer received from the item. This credit can only be applied to future repair orders with 3E Services, and should not be construed as a refund of any type. |
