  • Free Eval Services - Is the equipment repairable?
    This service is a standard policy on every item that we receive. Each item is visually inspected for repairability. Unusual parts are checked for functionality and availability. Common failure parts are tested. Castrophic or cascade failure is noted. Should the item be unrepairable the customer will be informed. No certainty to repair is implied with this service.
  • Standard Repair Services - Cost-Effective Repair Option.
    Quality repair services with an average turnaround for non-rush items of less than 10 business days. This service carries a 2 year service warranty. This is twice the industry standard. You can add a USL rider to this warranty (described below) to ensure your shelf spares are covered indefinitely.
  • Unlimited Shelf-Life Rider - This service is free for contract customers.
    Any customer that wishes their warranty to begin the date that it is installed, may opt to add a USL rider to their warranty. USL rider warrantees will begin when you place the unit into production. A USL rider will increase the base price for the repair by 10% to 60% of standard list. No discounts whatsoever will be allowed for USL rider repairs.

Operational Testing (3 to 48 hours) - This service is free for contract customers.
This service is provided to help customers determine the reliability or operability of their stock inventory. The unit is powered up and static checked for component failure. The charge is 25% of the listed repair charge for the item. If a failure is found the customer is informed that the item needs repair. If the repair is approved the cost of the optest will be absorbed into the repair cost. If the customer does not wish a repair the only charge will be for the optest. No guarantee or warranty is offered for the optest service.

ASAP Repair Services (2 to 5 days) - This service is free for contract customers.
A lower cost alternative for those items you need quickly, but not immediately. Upon signed approval or our quote your repair is placed ahead of all standard repairs and repaired, tested, and immediately shipped back to you. Shipped UPS 2nd Day Air unless specified otherwise by the customer. There is an additional 15% expedite fee for this service. A minimum fee of $100 is charged for all ASAP orders, per item, regardless of how the 15% calculates (i.e. a $100 job would carry a $100 expedite fee). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Rush Repair Services (3 to 48 hours) - This service is free for contract customers.
All rush repairs receive prompt and immediate action. Since our goal is to get you back up and running quickly, your repair becomes the top priority of our Lead Technicians. Upon signed approval or our quote your repair is placed directly into the repair process and repaired, tested, and immediately shipped back to you. Shipped UPS Next Day Air unless specified otherwise by the customer. There is an additional 25% expedite fee for this service. A minimum fee of $200 is charged for all rush orders, per item, regardless of how the 25% calculates (i.e. a $200 job would carry a $200 expedite fee). The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Scrap
Send us your scrap electronics (no motors) for a repair credit. We offer a repair credit on all items which is directly applied to your account with us.
