International Policies
International orders are any orders where the item's final installation destination is outside CONUS..
The following policies apply for international orders:
- All jobs approved for repair must be paid up front by wire transfer to our Bank account, prior to the commencement of any work or ordering of any parts. Work will begin when all funds have been transferred.
- The customer is responsible for ALL customs, duty, taxes and shipping charges for their items shipped to and from 3E Services. This includes any warranty return claims.
- 3E Services, Inc. is not responsible for any damages caused in shipping.
- All payments are non-refundable/non-cancelable.
- International work carries a 1 year warranty. Warranty applies to an account credit for future orders and NO refund is offered or implied. NO-Guarantee is offered or implied.
Due to US Federal Trade Laws and Restrictions 3E Services, Inc. cannot and will not sell to any person operating from or acts as a reseller for any company or person living or operating from: Afghanistan, Angola, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Rwanda, Sudan, Syria, or Yugoslovia.
