3E Return Policy


If your 3E repair or REMAN item fails to perform to manufacturers spec, you must return the product within 30 calendar days of receipt for a refund or credit of the original invoice, less shipping or rush charges. All items MUST be returned and evaluated by 3E Services for evaluation to receive any refund or credit. After the 30 day period the customer is protected by warranty, but must still return the item for repair. No refund is offered for warranty claims. If your item becomes un-repairable after returning for warranty as determined by a 3E Technician you will be issued a credit on your account that will apply to your next purchase. Refunds or credits will only be issued upon receipt and testing of the exact product you purchased or had repaired. Product must be in purchased or original repaired condition with all accessory items and have the original 3E order ID Number sticker intact. Call us at 888-966-0663 prior to returning any guaranty/warranty claim. Ship all items to 3E Services, 5002 North Royal Atlanta Drive, Suite B, Tucker, GA 30084.

This policy does not apply to any items purchased on our Ebay Store. Ebay purchases are only covered for 30 days, with no extended warranty.
